Sally Baxter

Sally specialises in the psychology of organisational decision-making and helps our teams ensure their recommendations are properly designed to meet the various stakeholder needs.  She has over 20 years of experience in business covering Retail, FMCG, Professional Services and Agri-business.

Before joining Frontier Sally was Regional Head for Penna plc, an HR consultancy, and has consulted with Cap Gemini on strategy and change management.  She has coached leaders and executives in companies as diverse as Barclays, Tesco, Credit Agricole, Time Warner, Deloitte and within the public sector.  Sally has also recently established The Pegasus Partnership – a specialist London based coaching company.
