Eli advises clients across a wide range of sectors at Frontier. His most recent work has been in financial services, health and water, focusing on regulation, behavioural economics and impact evaluation.
His previous experience before joining Frontier includes a military background, non-profit work, and helping to develop financial education policies. Eli holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Cognitive Science. He has, among other things, spent time scanning people’s brains to try and learn how memory works. Eli is fluent in Hebrew and Russian.
