José María Rodríguez is an Associate Director in Madrid, where he leads Frontier’s communications practice in Spain and Latin America.
Prior to joining Frontier in 2007, he led the telecommunications team at NERA Economic Consulting.
He is an economic expert in policy, regulation, competition, and litigation in the communications sector and in other industries. José María has appeared as an expert witness on numerous occasions and has submitted expert reports before regulators, arbitration tribunals, and courts in Europe and Latin America. At the Carlos III University, he teaches on the Economics of Telecommunications course and lectures frequently before economic and industry forums, and writes regularly for specialist publications.
