Nick Elms

Nick joined Frontier in 2002 and primarily works in the energy practice. He has advised policy makers, regulators and industry on all aspects of energy regulation and energy markets in the UK and continental Europe. Recently Nick has been providing strategic advice to investors in electricity generation from renewable sources, advising on prospective investments in gas storage and assisting in the process of gaining regulatory approval for access conditions for proposed LNG import terminals. Prior to joining Frontier, Nick advised on electricity sector reforms in a variety of countries outside Europe including New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, India, Thailand, The Philippines and Nigeria.
