Jo Ryan
Jo's extensive finance and economic experience is focused on the utility industry, in particular on regulation, valuation, strategic advice and market design and implementation.
Jo has been a consulting economist since 1995 and joined Frontier Economics (Australia) as a founding member in 1999. She then spent several years working in corporate finance for NM Rothschild in London, where she focused on the valuation and regulation of European utility companies, before returning to Frontier Economics in 2003.
Jo has advised on market design and regulation across a range of utility sectors including the electricity, gas and water sectors, leading a number of projects advising governments and private sector clients on third party access to water infrastructure, water pricing policies, design and implementation of electricity market reforms, contract design and renegotiation.
