Andrew Harpham

Andrew is a member of Frontier's energy practice. He has advised public and private sector clients on a range of issues in the electricity and gas industries. Recent projects have included advice to regulators and Government on implementing cost-reflective tariffs in retail electricity and gas markets.

Andrew's background is in competition law, having worked as an economist in the competition law group of a major law firm. Since joining Frontier in 2005, Andrew has continued to advise on competition law matters in a range of industries.
