Martin Duckworth

Martin Duckworth is a highly experienced regulatory consultant and financial modeller, with extensive knowledge of regulatory and commercial issues. Martin has worked since 1995 in the field of communications regulation, first as an employee of OFTEL in the UK and since 1998 as a consultant based in Belgium and Spain. During this period Martin has been at the forefront of regulatory developments in the United Kingdom and other liberalised markets in around the world. Martin’s areas of expertise include service cost modelling, price control and spectrum valuation. Recent clients include the TalkTalk Group, ComReg, the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago and Telefonica de Peru.
