Indirect Access in Jamaica

Frontier (London) has been appointed by the regulatory authority in Jamaica to advise on the costs and benefits of the introduction of indirect access for the provision of telecommunications services, as part of the liberalisation process in Jamaica. Indirect Access allows operators to offer retail call services without having to construct their own access network.
