Rob Francis promoted to Associate Director
Frontier (Europe) has announced the promotion of Rob Francis to Associate Director.
Rob has worked extensively in infrastructure sectors on a range of regulation, competition and finance issues. His focus is on the water and transport sectors and recent clients include HSBC Rail, Northern Ireland Water, Defra and easyJet. Rob has over 17 years experience as a professional economist. Before joining Frontier in 1999, Rob worked at London Economics, the Confederation of British Industry and in the City. Since 2006 Rob has been a visiting lecturer in finance at the Imperial College Business School.
