Reforming the regulation of UK airports
The UK Department for Transport consultation on possible reforms to the framework for the economic regulation of airports has closed today. Frontier (Europe) is advising easyjet in responding to the consultation and has released a
paper which considers both the need for airport regulation and the best approach to price regulation, if this is required, taking into account the particular features associated with the provision of airport services and the failure of the current regulatory regime.
