Ofwat publishes draft price limits
Ofwat has released its draft price limits for water and sewerage charges. The price limits cover all water and sewerage companies in England and Wales for the period 2010 to 2015. The draft determination showed a small real terms fall in prices together with an investment programme of £21 billion over the five years.
Frontier (Europe) supported several water companies in the preparation of their business plan submissions to Ofwat including undertaking cost-benefit analysis of companies' investment proposals.
