CAT publishes Notice of Appeal against Ofcom decision
The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has published a summary of the Notice of Appeal by Carphone Warehouse Group plc against certain parts of Ofcom's decision relating to the regulation of wholesale access services provided by Openreach including wholesale line rental and services provided using local loop unbundling. The appeal is based on allegations relating to the level, structure and glidepath for charges. Carphone Warehouse also raised concerns over the overall consultation process and the timing of decisions.
