Trinidad and Tobago consultation on telecoms costing methodologies
The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago has launched a public consultation on its proposed long run average incremental cost (LRAIC) models and current cost accounting (CCA) approach for fixed and mobile operators. The Authority is seeking responses from interested parties on the scope of the cost models, the costing methodology, the data required from operators and the asset revaluation approach. The consultation is due to close at the end of October 2009.
Frontier (Europe) is advising the Authority, providing ongoing suppport in the development of the LRAIC models and assisting with the engagement of stakeholders.
