James joined Frontier (London) in 2003 and primarily works in the telecommunications practice. James has advised governments, regulators and operators across the world on all aspects of telecommunications sector reform and the application of economic regulation to the sector, covering, for example: retail and wholesale price controls, service costing and regulatory accounting, market analysis, spectrum policy, sector liberalisation and licensing, universal service, and the regulatory implications of the roll out of next generation networks. Recent clients include Vodafone, Telenor, the telecommunications authorities of Bahrain and the UAE, and URCA Bahamas. Before joining Frontier, James was a consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services and PwC Consulting.
