Frontier appointed as strategic advisor to major airline

Frontier (London) has been asked by a major international airline to undertake a full strategic review of its European businesses. Working to the CEO, the first phase of work will take place over three months and will involve reformulation of the company's core economic model, detailed assessment of financial and customer performance metrics and recommendations for both immediate and longer-term improvements.
