Commission issues hypothetical remedies on GUS acquisition

The Competition Commission (CC) has today issued hypothetical remedies as part of its inquiry into the acquisition of the home shopping and delivery service business of GUS plc by March UK Limited. The hypothetical remedies relate to possible divestments and contractual requirements and the parties have until the end of November to respond. More details are available from the CC's website.
