Frontier Australia has been involved in many of the key regulatory debates in telecommunications in the past decade. We are at the forefront of developments in policy and regulation in the telecommunications sector, advising governments and regulators on policy design and implementation, and assisting companies with the challenges of liberalisation and competition.
Frontier’s involvement in the telecoms sector includes, among other things, the provision of regulatory policy advice, the development of models for the estimation of network access and interconnection charges, auction design and development of bidding strategies, competition policy and the provision of business strategy advice.
On larger projects, we also work closely with our European office, which has experience in over 50 countries and a proven capacity to adapt to the specific issues faced in each jurisdiction.
Our clients have included telecommunications providers in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong as well as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
