Private sector participation in infrastructure
Globally countries have been turning to the private sector to help them develop their infrastructure industries and to make them more efficient. In order to assist this process, the World Bank, under funding from the Public- Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF), led the preparation of "A guide for hiring and managing advisors for private participation in infrastructure". The guide, which goes on sale in August, was prepared by a team (Michael Webb, Najma Rajah and Matthew Bell) from Frontier (London).
