"The Future of Utilities Competition"

Frontier (London) organised a senior management workshop, sponsored by Mantix, on the future of utility competition. The workshop, held in the City of London, attracted senior management from most of the UK electricity, gas and water companies. Speakers included Cees van Gent, Deputy Director-General of the Dutch Energy Regulator (DTe), and Chris Bolt, the Regulation Director at Transco. Phil Burns and Dan Elliott of Frontier addressed the workshop on the interaction between competition and regulation in the utilities. The workshop was chaired by Frontier's Chairman, Sarah Hogg.
