IIR Water Conference

Rob Francis, of Frontier's London office, addressed an IIR water conference on the subject of "Using LRMC to develop a coherent pricing strategy". Rob's talk covered the meaning of Long Run Marginal Cost, different approaches to calculating it and its importance for setting access charges for common carriage and tariffs for bulk supply and large users. Frontier subsequently held a number of seminars for water companies on technical aspects of calculating LRMC.
