Appeals on mobile call termination referred to the UK Competition Commission

Today, the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal (CAT) referred to the Competition Commission (CC) the appeals by Hutchinson 3G and BT of Ofcom's revised mobile termination price controls.  The investigation follows a previous inquiry by the CC into mobile termination charges in 2002.  The CC is obliged to conclude its investigation by the end of October 2008.
