BBC Worldwide, Channel 4 and ITV to launch

Last year, BBC Worldwide, Channel 4 and ITV announced their intention to form a joint venture to launch a video-on-demand service.  The service would give broadband users access to over 10,000 hours of TV programming. 

Frontier (Europe) advises the parties to the joint venture.
