A contractual and charging framework for value-added mobile services
Frontier (Europe) has been asked to help a mobile services company develop a new value-added customer proposition. Whilst the operational structure of the new proposition has been agreed, Frontier has been asked to consider the most appropriate contractual framework, including charging structures.
