Chris Olszak
Chris provides economic, policy, and strategic advice particularly focusing on the urban and rural water sector. He has significant project experience and expertise in economic evaluation of public sector investments of water related infrastructure, economic regulation and pricing of water and wastewater services, and analysis of water entitlements and allocation regimes. Chris’ recent clients include the Water Services Association of Australia, the National Water Commission and the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment.
Prior to joining Frontier Economics in March 2007, Chris was a Senior Economist with URS's Economics and Policy practice (2002-07) where he managed and led projects across a range of natural resources. He also previously worked as a business consultant at Arthur Andersen.
