Competition Commission consults on remedies in bulk LPG

The UK Competition Commission has today published its consultation on remedies in relation to the supply of bulk liquefied petroleum gas to domestic customers. The consultation sets out a package of remedies designed to address the adverse effect on competition it provisionally found last year. The package includes: the facilitation of tank transfer; standardization of the switching process; adjustments to customer contracts; and the better provision of information to customers.
