The BBC Trust publishes conclusions on Freesat
The BBC Trust has been considering proposals from the BBC Executive to establish a joint venture to manage and support a national satellite based free-to-view digital service (referred to as "Freesat"). It has today announced that the proposals have been given the go ahead, after a month of consultation and review.
Zoltan Biro, a Director at Frontier (London), was commissioned by The BBC Trust to provide an independent review of two existing reports. Zoltan's report was published as part of the consultation.
