Neil Pratt joins GCR roundtable on excessive pricing

Neil Pratt, Director of Frontier's Brussels office, recently attended a roundtable organised by the periodical Global Competition Review (GCR) to discuss a variety of conceptual and practical issues raised by excessive pricing.  The discussion covered: how to evaluate whether a price is excessive; the usefulness of guidelines; and the risks associated with unfairly penalising firms.  Neil said "The roundtable was a very useful forum to discuss a highly topical and important issue".
