Competition Commission publishes proposed final report on bulk LPG
The UK Competition Commission has today published its proposed final report in relation to the supply of bulk liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to domestic customers. The Commission concludes that there are a number of market features that have an adverse effect on competition, most notably the difficulties that customers face when switching suppliers.
The Commission is now consulting with interested parties on its proposed final report and intends to finalise it by May.
