Manager
Kat is a Manager in our Public Policy Practice and has over 12 years’ experience in using economics to assess and advise on the design and implementation of government policies. Through her work with some of the UK’s major government departments, agencies and regulators over the course of her career she has developed particular expertise in climate change and environmental policy, regulatory design, best-practice policy appraisal and evaluation and policy to support economic growth and productivity.
Kat joined Frontier at the beginning of 2011 after over eleven years in the Government Economic Service. There, she was responsible for the development of economic analysis to inform a range of high profile government policies, and for advising government ministers and other senior government officials.
