Frontier paper commissioned by easyJetThe UK Department for Transport is consulting on possible reforms to the framework for the economic regulation of airports. Given the particular features associated with the provision of airport services and the failure of the current regulatory regime, this paper, commissioned by easyJet, considers both the need for airport regulation and the best approach to price regulation, should it be required.
