Regulatory advice for gas transporter

Frontier has been engaged to advise Bord Gais Eireann, the gas transportation company in Ireland, on regulatory issues relating to the Irish regulator's current review of transmission and distribution tariffs. The work involves advice on tariff structure, price control formulae and the cost of capital. The Irish gas industry is in transition to a fully competitive market and the regulator is considering fundamental changes to the regulatory regime that has been applied to the gas network in the past.
