GWR acquisition by Capital Radio not referred to UK Competition Commission

On 22nd December, the UK Office of Fair Trading decided not to refer the proposed acquisition by Capital Radio of GWR to the Competition Commission. Frontier (London) advised Capital Radio through the OFT process.
