Rail franchise renegotiations

Frontier (London) has been appointed by the Shadow Strategic Rail Authority (SSRA) to advise it on the process of renegotiating operating franchises with the Train Operating Companies (TOCs) . Frontier's work will focus on the role of incentive payments in encouraging TOCs to invest in improving the punctuality of their services.
