Fernando joined Frontier in 2007. He is an industrial economics specialist and his work includes both academic and applied work in micro-economic analysis of the natural gas, electricity, hydrocarbons, transport, media and pharmaceutical industries. He is an expert on regulation and the rigorous application of industrial organisation tools to the analysis of network industries. Fernando has worked extensively in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Latin America.
