Creating customer insights

Frontier (London) has begun helping an international consumer goods company with the establishment of a new customer insights team. As part of a wider strategic review, our client has committed to investing in better understanding its customer base. Frontier's role is to help specify the remit and reporting requirements of the new team, identify the resource requirements, begin specific pieces of analytical work and coach the new team members.
