Understanding customer behaviour and its impact on business performance is a crucial component of any business strategy.

Similarly, it is essential for competition authorities and other regulators to understand customers' views and the way customers behave to assess whether competition is working effectively.

Frontier has long experience in helping our clients get the most out of customer information in both of these contexts.
