Cost price management
Frontier (London) is helping a leading international retailer to improve its strategy for managing and reducing costs across its many different buying groups. Frontier is working with the client to build a financial tool that will bring existing insights together in a consistent way, reveal a greater understanding of the key cost drivers, and facilitate both benchmarking of performance and scenario analysis. This work will complement the retailer's existing detailed financial models. Frontier has already helped several clients in other industries to develop similar financial decision-making tools, helping cost management, customer value management and product design decisions.
