Our telecoms practice has been involved in most of the key regulatory debates of the past decade. We are at the forefront of developments in policy and regulation in the sector, advising governments and regulators on policy design and implementation, and assisting companies with the challenges of liberalisation and competition.
Members of our telecoms team have worked for regulators, policy-makers and leading fixed and mobile operators in more than 50 countries and on all continents and have proven capacity to adapt to the specific issues faced by our clients in different countries and circumstances. We have learned to translate economic principles, and often complex economic ideas, into practical advice.
Frontier’s involvement in the telecoms sector includes, among other things, the provision of regulatory policy advice, the development of models for the estimation of network access and interconnection charges, auction design and development of bidding strategies, competition policy and the provision of business strategy advice.
