IIR Telecom Conference London

Frontier (London) presented the paper "Can existing approaches to cost estimation be used for new technologies for regulated services?" at the IIR conference "Allocating costs and calculating profitability" in London, held on 1st December. Frontier's presentation discusses the issues raised by the application of existing approaches of cost estimation to the regulation of existing services delivered through new technologies.
