Frontier presents report to the French regulator for telecoms and post

Frontier (London) presented on 6 February the results of a study on the impact of liberalisation on the French postal business sector to the Commissioners of the French postal Regulator (le Collège de L'ARCEP). The study involved an analysis of the impact of liberalisation on business tarif levels and structures, and an assessment of competition issues that could arise based on the experience of other countries. Frontier developed scenarios of the possible development of competition throughout the supply chain, and the regulatory implications for each scenario.
