Colombian telecommunications regulator reviews sector regulation

The telecommunications regulatory authority of Colombia (CRT) is currently undertaking a review of the telecommunications sector with a view to aligning its regulatory standards with those currently applied in the EU.  As part of the review, the CRT recently published a consultation document presenting its preliminary views on the markets amenable to ex ante regulation. The deadline for submitting views on the consultation document was the 14th of March.

Frontier (Madrid & London) has been commissioned by Telefonica to review the consultation document and to present our findings to the CRT and to the Colombian Ministry of Communications.
