Advice to National Audit Office on sewerage regulation

Frontier is assisting the NAO in its review of Ofwat's regulation of the sewer network. The work builds on our report for the NAO on incentives in network regulation more generally, published in 2002 as an annex to the NAO's "Pipes & Wires" report.
