Network regulation in the UK

The National Audit Office has commissioned Frontier (London) to assist in its investigation into network regulation in the UK. The wide-ranging NAO report will cover OFGEM, OFTEL, OFWAT and the ORR. Frontier has been asked to advise on how different regulatory regimes provide incentives to private sector companies, both to reduce costs and to satisfy other regulatory objectives such as improved service quality and safety provision. Frontier's report will be published as part of the NAO's final report in 2002.
