Reliability of electricity supply in Germany a valuable asset
In its recent study Frontier (Europe) analyses the value of secure electricity supply in Germany. Power supply interruptions can cause substantial costs to power consumers, and therefore reliable power supply is of great value and an important factor for foreign and national investors.
The recent article in “Energiewirtschaftliche Tagesfragen” develops approach to valuing security of supply and provides estimates based on a survey of 25 international studies.
