A great place to work

Frontier is delighted to be ranked as one of the Top 50 Best Workplaces in the UK of 2011. The survey, published in the Financial Times and Guardian, placed Frontier 20th in the list.  This is the  fourth time that Frontier has made it into the Top 50 (with previous appearance in 2005, 2007 and 2009).

The survey, produced by the Great Place to Work Institute, is based on an anonymous and detailed employee survey and an audit of organisational culture.  The Institute define a “great place to work” as one where you “trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do, and enjoy the people you work with.”   Accordingly, they score organisations on criteria including Trust (based on employee measures of credibility, respect and fairness), the degree of Pride that employees feel in their work and their organisation, and measures of Camaraderie.

As you might expect from a company owned by its staff, our people are our single most important asset. We put a lot of effort into making sure that Frontier is a place where people are happy, supported and able to make the very most of their abilities.

Many of the anonymous quotes submitted in the survey support this, as the examples show.  And if you’d like to find out more about what it’s like to work at Frontier, why not have a look at our recruitment site?.
