UK Office of Fair Trading clears merger between property search companies

The OFT has today announced its decision to clear the acquisition of Richards Gray Holdings by MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates (MDA).  Both companies supply property searches to conveyancers and companies that compile Home Information Packs.
