David Parker

David is an experienced case handler and project manager, specialising in competition inquiries. He has provided economic advice on mergers, market investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid, and litigation support cases at the European Commission and in the UK. Recent clients include Tesco, HSBC, Vodafone, Provident Financial, the Office of Fair Trading, Abbey, and Rolls Royce.

David has been at Frontier for seven years and was promoted to Manager in 2003. He was named as one of Global Competition Review's "rising stars of economics" in September 2006.
