David has provided economic advice on all aspects of competition law – mergers, market investigations, vertical and horizontal agreements, abuse of dominance, state aid, and litigation – at the European Commission and in the UK. Recent clients include Tesco, HSBC, Vodafone, First Group, the National Health Service, Disney, Aggregate Industries, and Provident Financial.
David has been at Frontier since 1999 and was promoted to Director in 2012. He was named as one of Global Competition Review's "rising stars of economics" in September 2006.
