Professor Ralph Turvey
Ralph, who has joined Frontier on a part-time basis, has been Chief Economist at the Electricity Council, Deputy Chairman of the National Board for Prices and Incomes, a consultant working for the Wold Bank and Chief Statistician at the International Labour Office in Geneva. He has written extensively on public utility economics, especially electricity. He is currently chairman of the Centre for the Study of Regulated Industries, member of the advisory committees on the consumer price index in Canada and Sweden and is a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics where he started his career.
