GE and Honeywell merger appeal

The appeals by GE and Honeywell of the European Commission's merger decision took place before the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg last week. Frontier (London) presented at the Honeywell hearing. Frontier are retained by Rolls Royce, who are intervenors in the case.
