Tesco appeals against Competition Commission ruling

Tesco has launched a legal challenge to one of the remedies recommended by the UK Competition Commission in its recent inquiry into the grocery sector, namely the proposal to introduce a ‘competition assessment’ into the UK planning system. The appeal will be heard by the Competition Appeals Tribunal.
